The Lebanese Society for Health Informatics (LSHI) was established in 2026 by a small group of healthcare professionals and researchers specialized in medical informatics who recognized the need for a dedicated professional home for health informatics in Lebanon.
Since then, the Society is growing into a national community that bridges healthcare, computer science, and public health — hosting conferences, publishing guidance, and supporting the next generation of informatics professionals.
